If your scars are really deep and you no longer get acne, the only thing that works is derma abrasion... done by a skin specialist or plastic surgeon. It literally sand papers the skin smooth.
If you are still getting those really bad, deep pustules, your doc can get you a round or two of Accutane, and antibiotic that works wonders.
There is nothing you can buy over the counter to get rid of deeeeeep scars, or really horrid acne, called acne vulgaris.
