hey i suggest that if your not on the pill you should go on it. Therefore you skin will clear up and it balances your hormone levels. Which will help to reduce the black heads. Coco butter can help, but I also recommend Ambi. They have several products to help clear skin, but they have a fade cream that is effective, but not hard on your skin. You can find their line of products at a drug store. I use the soap, exfoliating wash and fade cream and I recommend them.

That, or maybe Murad Skincare. Google skincare if acne free doesn't work for you.

The highest would be like $450 if your scars are very deep. You do the peel 3-4 times once a month. I know its pricey but i'm willing to spend whatever to have nice skin. I know exactly how you feel too. I'm not being conceded but i'm actually a very pretty girl but i think my scars make me look ugly. You could also try at home chemical peels. But if those don't work for you, then your probably going to have to get it done through a dermatologist because chemical strength goes up to 75% as opposed to home bought which is like 2%-5%. I hope this helped you a lil.

It has near about no side effects too. You may need to go through more than 10 sessions. It is done once every two weeks. You will start noticing the difference in a month or so.
Laser and dermabrasion also work well but if not done correctly, may leave permanent scarring. These days, there are so many treatments to get rid off any type of scars. I have heard that diamond peel and AHA peel are beneficial too. Go to a beauty clinic and they will advise you what's good for you as per your condition. Be ready to pay excessively for these procedures.

I believe you're talking about scars left by pimples. First of all, as they say, time heals. It's true. It takes 3-6 months for it to start fading, and it will completely fade in about a year. If you would like to speed up the process a bit, I would reccomend using a Retanoid Cream (Diferin) or a lightening cream. It's important to eat healthy food. For your scars and stretch marks is very important much fresh vegetables. Look for vitamin A, E and B complex. Also you need omega 3 and 9 fatty acids which are found in fish. You should eat fish at least twice each week.
Vitamins A, E and B + omega 3 and 9 fatty acids are best way to deal with stretch marks. But let me add one thing. Daily workout routine is as important as nutrition. And drinking a lot of fresh water. My mum got rid of all stretch marks just with exercise, healthy food and enough water. She was always dehydrated because she was never used to drink a lot. For years I was explaining the benefits of healthy lifestyle. Well she didn't listen to me until our neighbor started with daily workouts and my mum joined her. After 4 months she got rid of like 70% of the stretch marks and almost all cellulite.
That would be best solution for you.
And one more thing about your acne. It will get much better once you start with daily workout and healthy food. Maybe you are already doing that but if you miss just one thing from what I said none of the effort is efficient. All together is a MUST. Let me repeat:

It's important to eat healthy food. For your scars and stretch marks is very important much fresh vegetables. Look for vitamin A, E and B complex. Also you need omega 3 and 9 fatty acids which are found in fish. You should eat fish at least twice each week.
Vitamins A, E and B + omega 3 and 9 fatty acids are best way to deal with stretch marks. But let me add one thing. Daily workout routine is as important as nutrition. And drinking a lot of fresh water. My mum got rid of all stretch marks just with exercise, healthy food and enough water. She was always dehydrated because she was never used to drink a lot. For years I was explaining the benefits of healthy lifestyle. Well she didn't listen to me until our neighbor started with daily workouts and my mum joined her. After 4 months she got rid of like 70% of the stretch marks and almost all cellulite.
That would be best solution for you.
And one more thing about your acne. It will get much better once you start with daily workout and healthy food. Maybe you are already doing that but if you miss just one thing from what I said none of the effort is efficient. All together is a MUST. Let me repeat:
- nutrition / healthy food
- enough daily clear water (no soda drinks)
- daily workout
- reduce stress (forgot to mention this one)

By using silicone scar sheets. I have used them myself and I found them to work where the many scar creams I tried did not.

I have had several hypertrophic scars and they really improved by becoming flat instead of raised, softer and more skin-like color instead of red.

She rang me the other day out of the blue to say that she was in trouble, no she didn't cut herself but wanted to so badily. She remembered our promise all those years ago. Our friendship meant more to her than wanting to hurt herself. Thank god I still have my best mate and I know that she loves me more than herself and she will be with me for many years to come.

I'd take horrendous scars as opposed to the back pain from my breasts.

i had the surgery on oct 20th. to me it was the best decision i made even with the scars. a friend of mine used the same surgeon as me the year before and you can barely see her scars. the doc has mee keep paper tape over the scar lines to keep them flat and thin. so far it looks great and i am VERY happy with the result
A friend had the surgery. She is so much happier now. Her back and shoulders used to hurt all the time. She has fun clothes shopping now and tells me she can wear more styles and fashions than before. She doesn't even care about the scars, which aren't bad at all.

Of course, I don't know the extent of your scarring or whether it's fully healed or not, but generally, make up for this type of application is of a different grade and consistency and requires the proper setting powder for long wear and waterproofing. DermaBlend, for example, is a brand of make up designed for conditions such as port wine birth marks, burns, scars, etc.
Depending on the severity of the scars you wish to cover, you may find that regular liquid or even mineral make up may not give you the coverage or staying power you're looking for; not to mention it will transfer and not be waterproof either. Conversely, if your scars are minimal but you are just self conscious about it, a full coverage camouflage/paramedical make up may be too heavy and obvious and look worse.

I have one from a gunshot wound.How many scars do you have?
I have a lot. Most of them are from cat scratches (I rescue stray animals). I have a lot on my knees from when I used to fall when I was little. One on my toe from cutting it on a barnacle. And one on my forehead from when I burned myself with my curling iron (I was late for a play I was in) about 2 months ago. I am glad you are still here after being shot by a gun. I have one BIG one from a skingraft and plastic surgery from a motorcycle wound, one from where a guy slashed my hand with a broken beer bottle and some other small miscellaneous ones.
I have 8.
Two by my right eye from illness. ;__;
And one on my chin from when I was little and I got into a bike accident. ;__;

I fell out of a tree and a twig got me an inch above my eye.
I was washing dishes when I was young and I dropped a knife on my foot.
I was running from a bull five years ago and it scraped my back.
Just one.
leg faded one from fight with a nail in a board. haha
faded, cant see ripe 1 inch near eye. dang nail again
and one side stomach tthat looks cooooooooooL and is visible but told looks sexxy on the bode. LOL
I have two. One on my arm from a bicycle accident as a kid, and another one on my leg from a car accident when I was seven.

Some of them are combined. I kind of look like a geographical map of a mountain range. 53.

ive hot a few...ive got one big one when i cut my knee training at football...i laanded on a piece of glass and cut a chunk out of my knee
On the outside just two...one from cancer surgery and the other from an exploratory surgery! On the inside are the scars that never heal!

i took some for immune system reasons ive never heard of it clearing acne scars, nothing improved with mine....but i only took them for a week or so.Has anyone taken vitamin c pills for acne scars?
