If they are red that sounds like they aren't scars. They are probably pimples that haven't surfaced yet. Try gentle exfoliation (a handful of sugar gently rubbed).
Use toner and try to let your back air out when you're in private.
If they are big circles that look like lines, look up ringworm and compare. That's a whole other problem.
