Can mineral/liquid foundation cover up scars on legs?

Of course, I don't know the extent of your scarring or whether it's fully healed or not, but generally, make up for this type of application is of a different grade and consistency and requires the proper setting powder for long wear and waterproofing. DermaBlend, for example, is a brand of make up designed for conditions such as port wine birth marks, burns, scars, etc.

Depending on the severity of the scars you wish to cover, you may find that regular liquid or even mineral make up may not give you the coverage or staying power you're looking for; not to mention it will transfer and not be waterproof either. Conversely, if your scars are minimal but you are just self conscious about it, a full coverage camouflage/paramedical make up may be too heavy and obvious and look worse.

Check out the DermaBlend website to see if this is the kind of make up you're after for your scarring. If not, try a make up of your choice and see what works....the real key will be in the application technique.

You may even consider airbrushing - but this method requires more $ investment in equipment and the correct grade of make up also; alot more practice and time, too.

Hope some of this info helps. Good luck!

it all depends on how big the scar is and how good the foundation is.

Liquid would probably help the best. i always use markay liquid foundation! great for oily skin and it stays put! it says medium coverage but that just means its for oily skin it still covers alot.

Liquid probably can but if your going somewhere in a skirt, it might come off easily, so put a powder over it to make it last a bit longer. And make sure the shade fits perfectly or you won't look very natural =]
You'd need something a bit more heavy duty that will last and is meant for proper concealing. Check out veil cover cream, it should help you.
Probably but wouldn't the make up rub off on your clothes or on seats when you sat down? Bio Oil is supposed to be for gradually getting rid of scars. Maybe you should try that.
not sure about that, depending on the scar, you should try mederma,it heals scars .
