I need help with my pimples and scars?

hi i need help with getting rid of my pimples. i use soap called quiora and im not sure how to wash my face either. i wash my face in warm water for a while, use soap, and wash again with cold water. whats good eating habbits and what can i do to prevent the pimples and get rid of the ones i have? and is there way to get rid of the scars from popping my pimples?I need help with my pimples and scars?

Use a hot compress on it, and then use cool water to close the pores. Do the process over and over again, about five or six times. Use soap to wash the area, and then treat it with an alcohol soaked cotton ball. It should be gone within five to six hours.
