I have a few acne scars on my face and they are super annoying. I tried vitamin e oil for a while but saw no results. I read about bio-oil. has anyone tried it? I also heard about scar-lightening cream. Has anyone tried this? Thanks if you can help!Getting rid of acne scars?
It all depends on how deep the scars are and how long you have had them. If they are relatively superficial, then a gentle ex foliating cream (like St Ives apricot scrub) will remove them, but it will take a little bit of time. Do not scrub. It will only irritate them and make it worse. Just wash gently with the exfoliator and have some patience. Scar lightening creams work, but you will have to be careful to only get them on the scar itself, and not the healthy skin around them, as it might cause some faint discoloration of the healthy skin.Getting rid of acne scars?

No. They're not permanent, so you're not doomed. I'm not sure about those creams you've mentioned. But the cream that has worked best for me was Scargel. It takes a while for results. And i'm dark skinned so my scars are even worse.
