I believe vitamin E oil works better.
You can get a product at your drug store called mederma I think that is specifically made to heal new and old scars. Aloe gel won't get rid of the scars.
The best way to get rid of acne scars is for the doctor to send you to see the skin specialist who can use an abrasive skin remover peel.
The majority of the time, Acne scars will Never (heal) go away, they will however fade with time. If these scars are serious enough they will remain with you for life. I would contact a Dermatologist and get a Professional Opinion.
