my friends has em and one busted inside her..she spent 2 weeks in the hospital and and other 2 weeks in bed..she has lop sided boobs for almost a year until she got the money to get it redone


my sis got em...they are still really hard 7 months later..

Yes you do get scars - they have to get it in somehow. It depends where you get it inserted, the scar can be big or small.

Yes they leave scars and yes it is always possible to die from infection or other complication from major surgery. Anything more than a B or C cup is excessive and gravity will not be your friend.
