retinae micro (is that how u spell it?) its used to peel off your skin so new, clear, and unscarred skin can form.....u just gotta be patient...
there may be some sort of medication on the shelves with the mostirizers or something.
dermatologist + $$$$ = laser removal
use any facial wash with benzoyl peroxide and tea tree toner.
