I'm pretty sure it is. I think the skin on your scar eventually peels off and new skin underneath is scar- free. :)

Has anyone used prefer on for scars?
I just started using it on a scar I have on my midsection and the skin is flaking a little bit on my scar. is this normal?Has anyone used prefer on for scars?
