it is very hard to find an over the counter product that will help this.
talk to your dermatologist, ask about using a laser to remove it.
i know, i know, this sounds painful, it's really not.
it may be the best option, i have had many friends do this, and they are really glad they did, but disappointed that they waited so long to do it.
talk to your derm as soon as possible, it really works
