If i was thin, age 16 - 6.2ft tall and had 7 scars on my back approx 2 inches long each - for no reason, why ?

The subject wants to keep anonymous, he looks alright, had skin allergies when young, but recently noticed 7 scars in order following the spinal pattern on his back, stretch marks or scars, is it anything he should see his GP for, can it happen without cause? It is seriously weird, HELP! Doctors always welcomeIf i was thin, age 16 - 6.2ft tall and had 7 scars on my back approx 2 inches long each - for no reason, why ?
See a doctor that isn't a question that someone can answer on line.If i was thin, age 16 - 6.2ft tall and had 7 scars on my back approx 2 inches long each - for no reason, why ?
They are stretch marks, I have the same ones. Had a growth spurt when I was 14 and they appeared overnight (seemingly). Go to a Doctor or Dermatologist if you want to try and get rid of them and they can give you some options (probably laser) if you are self-conscious about them.
my best guy friend got horizontal lines on his lower back after he had a pretty big growth spurt- at age 16 as well and he got to be 6'2 from like 5'10. He recently got them zapped by a laser b/c he was self conscious about them (he's gay and really into his appearance).

So, they're probably just stretch marks from his skin expanding too quickly from getting taller.

It's okay.
He may have grazed his back at some point. Obviously if you are dragged along the ground the bits that stick out get it. This would be all the spine bones and it may have left scars. perhaps he can rememeber something or it may have been when he was much younger. He could ask his Mum, she might remember.
